The Dash 4 Ash is a 5k Run/ Walk being put on by the Aynor Running Club to help local Aynor High School runner Ashley Torres who suffered a spinal stroke after practice over the summer in June. The stroke paralyzed her right side causing her to be in the hospital & rehab for over a month. Since June, Ashley has had to learn how to walk again and is almost there!!

All the money raised from this event will go and benefit Ashley's family to help pay for the month long hospital bills and also continuing rehab bills they are incurring. Ashley is looking forward to running again with her goal being set for a return during the 2017 Track season.
